Handle Objections To Your Cold Email

I was watching a YouTube video last week and something weird happened.

The creator made this bold claim about his method. And I immediately thought of why it wouldn’t work for me.

Then he said on camera: “You might be thinking this won’t work because…”

And he listed my exact objection.I’m not going to lie – it blew my mind.💥

It completely changed how I saw his content. I went from vaguely interested, to watching intently.

It was like a Jedi mind trick – he addressed my objection before I could use it as an excuse to click away.

cold email objections

You can do the same thing in your cold emails.

If you know prospects will have an objection, call it out first. It makes your message way more credible.

The simplest way? Use “even if” to bridge your outcome and their concern.

The pattern is » [outcome] + even if + [objection]

Here’s what it might look like:

➡️ Add 15 qualified demos per month, even if outbound has never worked for you before.

➡️ Cut your cost per lead by 40%, even if your current campaigns are already “optimized.”

➡️ Land higher-value contracts, even if prospects keep pushing for discounts.

When you acknowledge what they’re already thinking, they stop looking for reasons to say no.

What objection do your prospects always have?
